Osea, alimentos que crean glucosa e insulina en exceso.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>Al ingerir alimentos que generan mucha insulina, Usted tambi\u00e9n tendr\u00e1 m\u00e1s hambre ya que la hormona de la insulina produce hambre.<\/p>\r\n<p>Voy a poner un ejemplo sencillo partiendo de la base de que la insulina es necesaria para que los nutrientes entren en las c\u00e9lulas.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>Imaginemos que tenemos una botella de 1 litro y queremos rellenarla con 1,5 litros.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>Nos sobrar\u00e1 medio litro de agua. Lo mismo pasa cuando tenemos un exceso de glucosa e insulina. Cuando las c\u00e9lulas ya tienen sus nutrientes y no tienen m\u00e1s capacidad, ese exceso sobrante, se acumular\u00e1 en su cuerpo en forma de grasa.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>ALIMENTOS POR TIPOS:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Se han identificado como alimentos tipo A, porque adelgazan los siguientes: <\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>Carnes, pollo, carne, pescado, mariscos, quesos, huevos, vegetales,\u00a0<a title=\"jugos\" href=\"https:\/\/drlazarraga.com\/blog\/por-que-deberiamos-consumir-jugos-verdes\/\">jugos<\/a>\u00a0caseros licuados de vegetales, ensalada, almendras, nueces, manzana y fresas.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Se han identificado como alimentos tipo E, porque engordan los siguientes: <\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>Pan, pasta, harina, arroz, pl\u00e1tano, patatas fritas, tub\u00e9rculos, cereales, az\u00facar, dulces, chocolates, leche, jugos de frutas y refrescos azucarados.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>Como hemos explicado en el blog \u201cpasos para\u00a0<a title=\"adelgazar\" href=\"https:\/\/drlazarraga.com\/blog\/como-adelgazar-sin-afectar-a-tu-salud-trucos-efectivos\/\">adelgazar<\/a>\u00a0de forma segura\u201d, el % de alimentos tipo E no puede superar el 25% de la cantidad total del plato.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>Usted puede comer incluso un postre en proporci\u00f3n del 25% si en el plato principal no ha consumido alimentos tipo E.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>Si bien es cierto, a medida que Usted tenga constancia en un estilo de vida saludable, el cuerpo no le pedir\u00e1 alimentos agresores. Por tanto, le ser\u00e1 f\u00e1cil seguir este tipo de alimentaci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>Poco a poco una ensalada por la noche le parecer\u00e1 un manjar adem\u00e1s de que su cuerpo se lo pedir\u00e1. Sea imaginativo con sus ensaladas. Se pueden hacer m\u00faltiples combinaciones para no cansarse de la misma ensalada cada d\u00eda.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>C\u00d3MO IDENTIFICAR SI UN ALIMENTO LE AGREDE:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>Como hemos comentado, por lo general estos alimentos le van a agredir su cuerpo.<\/p>\r\n<p>(Pan, pasta, harina, arroz, pl\u00e1tano, patatas fritas, tub\u00e9rculos, cereales, az\u00facar, dulces, chocolates, leche, jugos de frutas y refrescos azucarados.)\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>Al comenzar a llevar una vida sana, podemos tener dudas en determinados momentos ya que hay una gran variedad de alimentos o simplemente porque tenemos dudas sobre un alimento en concreto. Poco a poco se har\u00e1 una lista de alimentos agresores y no agresores en los que haya tenido alguna duda.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>M\u00e9todo 1<\/strong><strong>:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>M\u00eddase la glucosa en ayunas en su casa con su gluc\u00f3metro. Para que esto sea efectivo e identificar un solo alimento, el d\u00eda anterior no debe comer varios alimentos agresores excepto aquel posible alimento que haya comido (uno solo) en el que tenga dudas.<\/p>\r\n<p>El valor que debe darle su gluc\u00f3metro ser\u00e1 de entre 85 y 100. Superando ese valor, ese alimento en concreto le estar\u00e1 agrediendo.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>En este caso el gluc\u00f3metro est\u00e1 midiendo todo lo que ha comido en sus 24 Horas anteriores.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>M\u00e9todo 2<\/strong><strong>:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>Una vez que haya comido el alimento en el que tiene dudas, justo dos horas despu\u00e9s de haberlo ingerido, puede medirse la glucosa. Si el valor est\u00e1 por encima de 160, ese alimento le est\u00e1 agrediendo.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>No obstante, deber\u00e1 intentar comer alimentos que, aunque no lleguen al valor de 160, est\u00e9n m\u00e1s cerca del valor 100 que del valor 160.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>Conf\u00edo en que este blog te haya sido de utilidad.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>\u00a1\u00a1\u00c1nimo!!\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>Un abrazo.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>C.
